- The return request must be made within 1 day of receiving the product.
- The product must not be a final sale or a non-returnable item.
- You must provide an unboxing video when submitting your return request. This is required to verify the condition of the product upon receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and other reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming tools, etc.).
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@wowunique.in within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide Details: Include the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
- Unboxing Video: Submit an unboxing video to verify the product’s condition upon arrival.
- Return Authorization: Once we verify the return request, we will send you a return authorization and the return address.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account).
- Processing Time: Allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer negligence.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, an uncut and unedited unboxing video is required—without this video, refund requests will not be accepted. Additionally, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wowunique.in.
