We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on location and order weight:

• Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 699 qualify for free shipping.
• Within Tamil Nadu: Rs. 50 for orders below 500 grams. Above 500 grams, shipping costs Rs. 75.
• Other States: Rs. 75 for orders below 500 grams. Above 500 grams, shipping costs vary accordingly.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 2 to 3 business days.
• Other States in India: 3 to 7 business days.
• Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.

7. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are accurate before confirming your order.
• Delayed Deliveries: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
• Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@wowunique.in within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
