- Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 699 qualify for free shipping.
- Within Tamil Nadu: Rs. 50 for orders below 500 grams. Above 500 grams, shipping costs Rs. 75.
- Other States: Rs. 75 for orders below 500 grams. Above 500 grams, shipping costs vary accordingly.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Domestic Orders: 2 to 3 business days.
- International Orders: 15 to 30 business days.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy:
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items:
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 1 day of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required for verification.
Lost Packages:
